There is nothing functional in our daily lives that use those types of stationary machines.
Use of your natural body weight, core and functional exercises, dumbbells, physio-balls, bands and tubing, and natural indoor and outside environments are all you need to improve your daily routines, function better, and improve your athletic performance.
I will not sit in the corner and just tell you what to do, I will do it along with you to keep you motivated.
I keep my training sessions limited to 1 to 3 people in order to make it personalized and safe for everyone.

I am also a Licensed Massage Practitioner that is specialized in Sports Massage and I can provide you with a nice Post Workout Sports Massage to help in your recovery stage and get you nice and stretched, which 80% of the population neglect to do after their workouts.

Sports Massage Addition
Add $5 for 5 Minutes or $10 for 12 Minutes at the end of any session / person to receive a great Post Workout Sports Massage. May be purchased with a 1 session training or for 2-3 person sessions.
What I think of the expensive equipment that are used in the large gyms:
Elliptical's are not built for everyone’s physical size and can cause injury to your knees, hips, and back.
Treadmills are not used in road races or at working environments, so why be stationary? Also they can cause imbalances within your muscles and effect your gait and posture depending on the elevation and speed you set on them. Unless you are in an airport and trying to walk quickly on a people walker to get to the other side of the airport, there is no use of this exercise.
