If you are preparing for an athletic event, then let the Northwest Elite Sports Massage Team work on you and prepare your body the proper way. We understand about the Kinesiological functions and bio-mechanics of an athlete and understand about not resetting the propreciptors of the muscle before an event. We work hard to warm up your muscles to increase your performance, decrease the risks of strains and sprains, and to help you recover quicker. Sports Massage before an event will also mentally help decrease your anxiety and allow you to focus on what needs to be done. Afterwards come back and get your post-event massage where you can get all the deep stretches and help relax those over worked muscles. If needed after your event we can also work on either a rehabilitation, recovery, or maintenance performance goal for you as well. These Sports Massages are usually performed at either your training facility, gym, studio or on-site at the event or competition location.
