With extensive background in Kinesiology and being a former instructor at Washington State University for Weight Training, Racquetball, and Running and Conditioning...Todd understands how to move you physically within your own abilities and how to train class sizes from an individual to a large group of people with focusing on each individuals health goal.
Formerly a Sports Official for Volleyball, Softball, and Football at Washington State University gave Todd knowledge of movement analysis and the ability to correct posture and form properly while controlling a large group of individuals all with different skills and backgrounds.
Todd also took additional schooling at Ashmead College for a year to gain an additional diploma and started to teach the evening program and Internship at the local YMCA until they ended the program. What makes Todd stand out from other Trainers is that fact that he is National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified and is also a LMP who provides Sports Massages at the end of each training session.
